Advocacy Training
Class overview
At CASA of the Illinois Valley, we believe that every child has the right to grow up in a safe, stable, and nurturing home. CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates—trained community volunteers appointed by a judge to advocate for children who have experienced abuse or neglect. These children are navigating the complex child welfare system, and our advocates make sure their voices are heard.
